By accessing or using TutorBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. TutorBridge reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. TutorBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Tutor Verification

All tutors on TutorBridge undergo a verification process. While we strive to verify credentials, TutorBridge does not guarantee the accuracy of tutor-provided information. Students are encouraged to review tutor profiles, ratings, and conduct trial sessions.

4. Booking & Payments

Sessions are booked and paid through the platform. TutorBridge charges a platform fee on each transaction. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Circumventing the platform to arrange off-platform payments
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour toward other users
• Misrepresentation of qualifications or credentials
• Sharing session recordings without explicit consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TutorBridge, including the platform design, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of TutorBridge. Session materials shared by tutors remain the intellectual property of the respective tutors.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorBridge is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to academic outcomes, technical disruptions, or content shared during sessions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
